I bought the X5 AWD model, I am very satisfied with the performance of this bike. The front light is very pretty,and well designed, the lighting is optimal. The fact that the battery is below the seat stability is really incredible. The assembly was very easy.

Got the bike as a gift when I called customer service they wouldn't help me because I didn't but the bike .
The bike accelerated and I was not near the bike almost hit my friend
The bike only goes 20 km
Rode it for a week on only electric got 80 km rode it with pedal assist only got 150km
Didn't come with the back seat or foot pegs like they promised
Never will buy here again next bike will be from a store we're you can get customer good customer service
une vraix machine de combat, l emballage est arriv� un peu abim� mais rien de touch� parce que c etait tres bien prot�g�. Facile a monter et d un rouge �clatant. un chargeur puissant, une batteie puissante, j ai achet� le petit siege et dossier pour promener mes petits enfants. J ai hate de le essayer au bout de sa puissance et de sa batterie.
Great bike, very happy
After a couple days now, riding my X5 AWD 52v60ah3000watt ebike about 40 or 50 kms per day, i charged it on the 3rd day because i didnt want to push my luck, but with 45% showing on the battery as i pulled in, there was atleast one more trip or more left in the battery.
The dual suspension makes every little bump including train tracks seem like theyre not even there, and the dual motors and 60kmph top speed(Unlocked) means the quicker you can get to your destination to warm up(Its winter now in canada) i ride 365 days a year and put 9000km on my Standard X5 which was such an incredible bike as-is that my new X5 AWD with all the new bells and whistles, like the new 4 piston hydraulic brakes front and back, along with the new NFC activated display, using an nfc card to turn your bike on and having dual 1000watt motors that peak at 1500watts each giving you 3000watts of peak power, getting a top speed with a 240lbs rider of 57kmph, i whole heartedly recommend this bike to anyone that needs function and utility with a side of thrilling power
