Are all TEX EBIKES models UL certified?

Yes. All TEX EBIKES models are certified to UL 2271
and UL 2849 safety standards.

These certifications help give riders stronger confidence in
battery safety, charging safety, and electrical system reliability.

Battery & Range

How far can a TEXEBIKE go on one charge?

Range depends on battery size, rider weight, terrain, speed,
temperature, tire pressure, pedal assist level, throttle use, and cargo weight.

What affects e-bike range the most?

The biggest factors are rider weight, hills, speed, assist
level, throttle use, tire pressure, temperature, and battery capacity.

How should I charge my e-bike battery?

Use the original charger, charge in a dry indoor area, keep
away from flammable materials, and unplug the charger when charging is
complete.

Can I ride in the rain?

Many e-bikes can handle light rain or wet roads, but they
should not be submerged, pressure-washed, or exposed to heavy water intrusion.

Assembly

Do TEXEBIKE arrive fully assembled?

Most e-bikes arrive partially assembled. Basic assembly may
be required, such as installing the handlebar, front wheel, pedals, seat, or
accessories.

Do I need professional assembly?

Professional assembly or inspection is strongly recommended
before the first ride, especially for brakes, wheels, drivetrain, and
electrical connections.

What should I check before riding?

Before each ride, check tires, brakes, handlebar, wheels,
pedals, seat, battery lock, lights, and any loose parts.
