Return Policy

TEXEBIKE wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review this return policy carefully before placing an order. 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within the stated return period if the product meets all return conditions.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all parts, accessories, chargers, manuals, and tools
  • Free from damage, misuse, modification, or excessive wear
  • Approved by TEXEBIKE before being shipped back

All returns must be authorized before return shipping. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

E-Bike Return Conditions

Electric bikes are large, high-value products that require inspection after return.

Returned e-bikes must include:

  • Original box and protective packaging
  • Battery
  • Charger
  • Keys
  • Display
  • Accessories
  • Manual
  • Tools
  • All original parts

If items are missing, damaged, used, or not returned in original packaging, additional fees may apply.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 25% may apply in the following situations:

  • Customer changes their mind after the product has shipped
  • Product is returned opened or assembled
  • Product shows signs of use
  • Product is missing original packaging
  • Product is missing parts or accessories
  • Product requires inspection, repacking, repair, or cleaning

Restocking fees help cover shipping, inspection, handling, repacking, and product depreciation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Modified products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Batteries that show misuse, water damage, or improper charging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Replacement parts that have been installed
  • Products damaged by improper assembly or operation

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact TEX EBIKES support immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the box
  • Photos or video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review the case and provide the next steps.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a confirmed TEXEBIKE error or approved defect claim, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

E-bikes must be returned using approved packaging and an approved carrier method.

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and inspected, TEXEBIKE will determine whether the return qualifies for a refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees, restocking fees, damage fees, missing part fees, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund.

Order Cancellation

If you request cancellation before the order ships, we will try to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, it may be treated as a return.
