Warranty coverage may vary by model and component. Eligible warranty coverage may include manufacturing defects. All eBikes come with 24-month warranty for the motor, battery, and controller; and 12-month warranty for other parts

Specific coverage may depend on the product model, manufacturer terms, and warranty period shown on the product page.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, cables, and other consumable parts
- Improper assembly
- Accidents or crashes
- Misuse or abuse
- Water damage
- Rust or corrosion
- Unauthorized modifications
- Use of non-original chargers or parts
- Commercial misuse beyond normal design limits
- Damage caused by improper storage
- Damage caused by extreme weather exposure
- Cosmetic scratches or minor marks after use
- Battery damage from improper charging or storage
Battery Warranty Conditions
Battery warranty may be void if the battery is:
- Overcharged
- Deep discharged
- Stored in extreme heat or freezing conditions
- Exposed to water
- Opened or modified
- Charged with a non-original charger
- Physically damaged
- Used outside recommended instructions
Always follow battery safety instructions.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Proper assembly
- Regular maintenance
- Safe operation
- Proper battery charging
- Proper storage
- Checking bolts, brakes, tires, and components before riding
- Following local e-bike laws
- Keeping proof of purchase
We strongly recommend professional bicycle inspection before the first ride.
Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact TEXEBIKE with:
- Order number
- Product model
- Photos or video of the issue
- Clear description of the problem
- Proof of purchase
- Any troubleshooting steps already completed
TEXEBIKE may request additional information before approving a claim.
Warranty Resolution
Depending on the issue, TEX EBIKE may provide:
- Troubleshooting support
- Replacement part
- Repair instruction
- Approved service guidance
- Other reasonable solution
Warranty does not automatically include full product replacement unless confirmed by TEXEBIKE.
Unauthorized Repairs
Warranty may be affected if the customer performs unauthorized repairs, uses non-approved parts, modifies the bike, or opens sealed electrical components.
