I would like to tell you about my X9 AWD Tesway, which I received about two months ago. I bought it to go trail riding. It really meets my expectations and even surpasses them. My village is full of 35-degree hills, and well, my electric bike climbs them easily, even without momentum. The battery lasts long enough for me to get tired of cycling. I ride for an hour or two, and the battery doesn't decrease much. The power of this bike's motors surpasses all the electric bikes in my village. I especially can't wait for the snow to be gone so I can go on the trails. And on top of that, with the price of gas constantly rising, it's an economical alternative for me to go shopping. And the customer service is absolutely fantastic, they are more than attentive to us and respond to all our requests. And something to highlight is that I am French-speaking and the French part of the instruction book is impeccable.

Je voudrais vous parler de mon X9 AWD Tesway re�u il y'a environ deux mois. Moi je l'ai achet� pour faire du sentier. Il r�pond vraiment a mes attentes et les surpasses �galement. Mon village est plein de cote a 35 degr�s, Et bien mon v�lo �lectriques les montent ais�ment. Meme sans �lans. La batterie dur assez longtemps pour me lasser de faire du v�lo. J'en fait une heure ou deux et la batterie ne baisse pas beaucoup. La force des moteurs de ce v�lo surpassent tout les v�los �lectriques de mon village. J'ai surtout hate qu'il n'ai plus de neige pour aller dans les sentiers. Et en plus avec le prix de l'essence qui ne cesse d'augmenter, c'est une alternative �conomique pour moi pour aller faire mes emplettes. Et le service au client est absolument fantastique, ils sont plus qu'a notre �coute et r�pondent a toute nos requ�te. Et chose a souligner je suis francophone et la partie fran�aise du livre d'instruction est impeccable

I'm absolutely loving this bike. I'm almost 55 years old and I'm fat so I bought it hoping that I would get out and do something. I am constantly looking for opportunities to ride it and it's still snowy here so I'm riding trails in the snow. Can't believe how well it can pull on the snowy trails. I probably better get some studded tires cause I keep wiping out, but the thing is a blast. I'm trying to get a couple of buddies of mine to buy one so that I have somebody to ride with. A couple of them have taken rides on it and they are very impressed as well and will probably buy some.

Just recently got my X9 AWD....and these are my thoughts:

Pros:
Quality equipment for the price range
Well built...really solid
Box no damge
Ebike no damage
Great customer service communication
80% pre assembled
Nice paint quality
Nice factory tuned equipment

cons:
Instruction manual is 50% useless...thanks for online video for fender rack and backlight installation
Bit on the heavy side
Missing bolts for backlight...gotta go to hardware store

Will finish putting it together tonight and let you know on the functionnality side of things
