When I first started shopping, I have looked for many different bikes, but finally decided to go for a Tesway X7, as no other bike came close to Tesway specs and price, sure there were other bikes that had similar specs but the price is 1.5 times to twice as much as Tesway. Anyways after purchasing the X7 AWD, it was on back order, and it got delayed, and Nancy was super helpful throughout the process, So finally when it arrived, it was definetely worthed the wait. Overall bike is built very sturdy, double suspension is awesome, feels really smooth when going offroad, doesnt feel like a $2500 bike at all, more like $5000. On top of it installation was super easy and child sead with safety rails fits perfectly. Super satisfied with this bike, definetely recommend it, especially knowing that it comes with a 5 star customer support thats very knowledgble and helpful, which is rare nowadays. I'm extremely happy with my Tesway X7 Pro! The build quality is excellent, the comfort is superb, and the power is impressive. The range exceeds my expectations, and the AWD system provides incredible traction, even on rougher terrain.

After several kilometers, the bike is stable, a pleasure to ride, and inspires confidence. It's a high-end product that's worth every penny. If you're looking for a powerful, comfortable, and reliable electric bike, I recommend the Tesway X7 Pro without hesitation.

An excellent purchase; I love it!

I researched a lot before finally deciding on the X7AWD. When I went to purchase it, they immediately informed me that they were out of stock (probably selling a lot of them) but that new stock was on the way and would be in within days. I was a little sceptical because I've been on that ride before. They said I could cancel the order or wait and order it when the shipment came in. I decided to wait and true to their word they kept me updated on my order and it came in days earlier than I expected. The assembly was fairly basic and it was raining so despite my excitement I charged the battery fully and the next day was sunny. What a great ride. Hills that I previously had to peddle assist and slowly make it up, now I was accelerating up them. The handling was great. My first ride I did 60km and the battery hadn't dropped a bar (it did shortly after the next day). I have a little over 100km on it and it just dropped the 2nd bar. So far very impressed. Any little questions I had were answered either immediately or the next day. I've only had my bike for a week but my overall experience has been great. btw I put the "Old Man Edition" on. :)

We ordered 2 of the X7 AWD e-bikes and have out on 80km so far. They are amazing and super comfortable to ride. Great power I've got the bike up to 60km an hour! The AWD works great in the trails we drive on, there is sand and rocks and mud and this definitely helps with traction in these conditions. The battery is at about 75% after 80km and not just strait kilometres it's very hilly where we live. Amazing e-bikes and would recommend to anyone looking to get one! Paul D.

The ride of this ebike is easy and enjoyable. Suspension is confortable and the speed is wonderful. I got every help to set the display panel from support to customer. Happy!

When I ordered my bike website stated in stock and ready to ship 3-5 days so I placed the order may 19th only to be emailed a couple days later being told its out of stock and the new batch should arrive by the end of the month and be shipped out 1st week of June. I was extremely disappointed and was willing to cancel my order without getting inconvenience composition due to their inventory mismanagement. I went back and forth a couple email with them finally only offering me extra brake pads (20$ value), and since my plan B ebike went off sale I decided to stay with tesway and my order due to my research landing on the X7 AWD intentionally. First of June came and still no order update. Contacted tesway a couple times with push off responses. Once it finally shipped and was received at third party carrier a week after I was told it would be I got notified. Third party carrier was Canpar and they had it for another week status being special handling required. I contacted tesway and Canpar regarding this and came to the conclusion that Canpar requires special dangerous goods paperwork that Tesway after I contacted them relaying the information their job not mine apparently knows nothing about so my bike was being held for a documents that manufacturer doesn't send. Tesway told me they were handling the issue with the shipping partner but nothing happened after another day or two so I took matters into my own hands found out from Canpar customer service where my bike was at which facility and went to pick it up myself. After I got it home and no damages were found I contacted Tesway requesting inconvenience compensation at minimum my shipping insurance coverage refunded but nothing just got an offer if I need accessories later to contact them for best available discount. I understand things happen with shipping but adding up all this is ridiculous when I placed the order it guaranteed to be shipped in 3-5 days and it took a month and without my input it could still be held for reasons manufacturer wasn't willing to rectify within a reasonable amount of time. All that aside the X7 AWD is a good build and works well for my needs.

Wonderful bike. Slightly disappointed that it didn't come with a mirror but getting extra brake pads was a worthwhile replacement. Very good customer service.

I got my new bike the teway x7 AWD a few weeks ago. I am really enjoying it. I did allot of research before buying. I wanted a dual motor ebike with a big battery and so far, my bike has been great. I had an issue with the buttons that control the functions of the bike. Nancy addressed the issue and she provided excellent customer service threw out. From ordering my bike to final delivery she was very responsive and answered all my questions. It was one of the best shopping experiences I had online. I rode my bike in the snow and rain with no issues. I already put over 500kms on my bike. The only negative I found was that the mud guards on the bike are a bit short and I would get splash back on my jacket and helmet. I resolved this issue by ordering mud guard extenders from amazon. This bike is very responsive and can perform at a higher level than advertised. All in all this was an excellent purchase. I am a big person 5"11 290 pounds and it has no issues with me on it.
